Very Stress recently!
Hasnt have a good rest since mid april!
have been working working working....
Prepare for stock take,
off day must go back stock take,
prepare for store visit,
off day must go back for store visit,
then work work work...
meeting meeting meeting...
then stock stock stock...
promotion coming...
alot of stock...
Now the whole store room is packed with my stock...
tmr i m Dm...
got alot of on going promotion things have to follow up...
must do alot of return...
must pack my store for space...
product catalogue to be done up for my staff easy reference...
tmr still must do relief cashier!!!!!!!
damn it!
i m having very big headache.......

Hh...today is my store annual stocktake!
wo~feel very tired now...
yesterday preparation finish at about 12plus...
this morning have to reach by 7.30am!
actually ok ha... not that bad...

ha ha... actually yesterday wanted to go Ktv after pre-count...
but because of me! they cancel!
sorry pal!
but very tired to sing till 3plus back home...
slept at 4plus than 6plus have to wake up!
As Hod i need to be alert loh!
oh this stocktake wasnt as bad la...
should be only $1500plus losses!
ha ha... quite happy with the outcome for my dept(thanks God's blessing)
BUT the whole store wasnt very good...
Total 40k...
Think Stationary & english are the worst...
the rest is still ok de..
hope they can find back those losses loh!
Poor Jenny Gooi!
she has to take all this...(she only took over from half way)
now she still have to go to IMM...
kinda miss her...
cos she very 38 de!

anyway i m also having headache on how to answer to the variance for
losses of locked item!
it shouldnt have lost!
2 possible way--->
1) internal Pilferage
2) careless at point of sales.-->means didnt scan in at pos

haiz...
hope its not possibility 1...
hope that all the staff are honest ppl...

What is good customer service?
Do People appreciate us for the Good customer service we provided...
or its always that negative encounter that leave the impact on them?

Some people just dun treat service people as people.
they could just yell at u,
scolding u "stupid",
telling u off cause there isnt a smile...
or showing that F***ing attltiude "i m damn rich"

So what if u are rich?
So What!

everyday i encounter alot of different customer.
sometime its just that damn hard to have good customer service
when u meet people that r uncivilized at all!
